BODY EDGE EXPRESS    Resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, and martial arts based on the popular P90X Extreme Home Fitness Program. Only a P90X Certified coach can combine the highly effective techniques into an overall body workout.

 

BFIT CAMP  Burn fat & build muscle with using various equipment in a timed circuit setup with Tabata training in between circuits.

 

BODY BAR is a express strength & conditioning class using just a body bar & body weight.  Each song is heart-pumping & fun while maintaining a whole body workout.

 

ALL OUT EFFORT is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. This is an express class (30 minutes).

 

CALORIE BLASTER Max Interval Training. It's not your typical interval workout. You'll do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn more calories in 30 minutes.

 

CORE X is a express class focusing on your core and butt. Improve your physical performance, fitness level and body awareness. Train the weak links in your body. Look, move and feel better.

 

KETTLEBELL SCULPT Build strength & improve overall conditioning with this 30 minute kettlebell workout.

 

KICKBOX FIT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness in this class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

STRENGTH & MOBILITY (Seniors to young) is geared to help members of ALL ages become more functional in their every day activities.  Practice strength training, functional movement, stretching & flexibility while working will different types of equipment.

 

TABATA Tabata  workouts are short in duration and designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. Tabata Bootcamp™ offers the most unique approach to hit the fitness world with incredible results!

 

TOTAL BODY TRAINING  is a weight based strength class.  Its 60 minutes in length and involves moderate to high intensity resistance training with a barbell, weights, bench, stability ball & resistance bands. Each class is different.  You will never get bored!! You will work every muscle in your body and leave feeling strong!!

 

TRX Suspension Training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance for a total body workout.
